AlertPay's US and Canadian users are experiencing problems withdrawing their funds - the problem started almost 2 weeks ago and has yet to be rectified. AlertPay users in other countries are unaffected.
One of many complaint threads on the AlertPay Dev boards:
Disabled Bank Transfers to account holders in USA and Canada! All Pending Were Cancelled! : http://dev.alertpay.com/forums/t/3000.aspx
AlertPay first explained the ACH/EFT transfer problem as a "technical error" due to an upgrade at their bank processor. Several days later they changed their story and said the problem was due to an account review by their bank:
