Full Version: AlertPay US, Canadian Users Unable to Withdraw Funds By Bank Transfer

AlertPay's US and Canadian users are experiencing problems withdrawing their funds -  the problem started almost 2 weeks ago and has yet to be rectified.  AlertPay users in other countries are unaffected.

One of many complaint threads on the AlertPay Dev boards:

AlertPay first explained the ACH/EFT transfer problem as a "technical error" due to an upgrade at their bank processor.  Several days later they changed their story and said the problem was due to an account review by their bank:

US users have also complained of problems with wire transfers:

These problems follow close on the heels of a massive DDOS attack that crippled the service's servers at the end of November.

I highly trust on Alertpay. They are strong company and hopefully they will fix the problem related to withdraw very soon.

well being that the OP's post was over a year ago, I hope they fixed it by now
