The rep replied they couldn't possibly notify the 10,000 - 20,000 cardholders affected. This is ludicrous! My banking sister informed me non-notification is in direct violation of banking regulations which took effect this summer...

Compromised--my dictionary defines the word as: security leak, unauthorized access to system, they done got hacked, another PayPal fuckup.
