The eBay Giving Works Free Gallery and Highlight Promotion is available on the US site (www.ebay.com) and will begin Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) and continue through Thursday, August 25, 2005 at 23:59:59 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). Listings created prior to August 23, 2005 and scheduled to start during the promotional period (August 23-25, 2005) will be eligible for the special offer.
During the eBay Giving Works Free Gallery and Highlight Promotion:
Auction-style or Fixed Price listings (excluding Store Inventory Format listings) where part or all of the proceeds are donated to charity through eBay Giving Works will receive credits for the Gallery and Highlight upgrades. Please note that the credits will not be immediately reflected on the site. You will see credits posted to your sellers account by the end of September 2005. The donation amount must meet eBay Giving Works minimum requirement, which you can learn more about here.
The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to August 23, 2005, including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotion ends on August 25, 2005.
All other fees (including Insertion Fees, Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees, such as Bold, Buy It Now, Subtitle, etc.) will still be charged.
