Quote: Recently, I asked readers to send me their experiences with eBay – good or bad. Sixteen responded. The score was 14 negative, one positive and one non-committal.
Typical of the responses was one by Mike Nice of San Jose, who led off a long tale of woe by telling me that “Ebay is a nightmare when it comes to customer service. THEY DON’T CARE.”
Jim Billiar of San Jose was a bit more blunt, writing only: “Ebay does not have customer service.’’

One customer offers a solution for eBay users who haven't received any response through eBay's normal customer service channels:  write to eBay's top management:

Quote:“Write a letter outlining what has happened and how angry you are. Tell them you are ready to report them to the state and federal attorney generals for fraud.
   “Send the letters.
“Trust me, you will get a response and it will be positive.’’
