We will soon be launching a feature called Business Identification that will let buyers know they are buying from a business seller and also let business sellers easily identify themselves as such on View Item Pages and their Member Profile.
Once the feature launches whenever you see Registered as a Business Seller you will know that the seller is registered as a business with eBay and has to adhere to certain laws and practices.

Well also be holding a special Workshop with eBay staff about this new feature on the Business Selling Board..
