Cowboy Jay has apparently cleaned up his act!!! 
Gone are the KWS category list that included '1-cent watches'.
Gone are the linking violation 'fulfillment by cowboyjay.com' button that linked to his web site on each listing page
ditto for the 'fulfillment by cowboyjay.com text line below it.
A small victory towards a more level playing field--unless he only agreed to do it after receiving assurances from eBay that the volume discount he longs for will become a reality early next year. :
