The article did say eBay Stores are 7% of revenues while the US auction business is 39%.

I'll agree, and add the 3rd threat of  'eBay itself'.  In its desire to expand its business beyond auctions it has started succumbing to the temptation to pay dot com valuations(i.e. extremely overvalued) for some of its recent acquisitions...Skype comes to mind here for some reason...which could hurt it badly down the road  Smile
