Full Version: Merchants Report Massive Problems With PayPal Subscription Payments

We use a web form to gather simple information from our customers on our website, and php to calculate the particulars of their subscription, which generates a dynamic PayPal button on our site.  They click the button to be taken to PayPal, where they login, review the subscription details, and finalize the subscription by clicking PAY.

Since the maintenance on the 30th, they all arrive at PayPal's website, with the correct subscription information filled-in, but when they click PAY they wind up on a blank page with a CLICK TO RETRY link, and no subscription is processed.

This is especially damaging to us, as we rely on first-of-the-month billing.

Two days of lost business is not good for us...
