The seller still has the bottle due to fraudulent bids, as I read in antique week a day or so ago.

hint-hint to the seller - call Sotheby's, B&B or an equivalent (if there is such a thing).  You WILL get your money.

I'd be shocked if the high bidder on a high ticket eBay listing wasn't fraudulent.  ;D
