Questions:
1. is Rich out of the picture and Recordlady the new owner?
2. what happened to the 5400 member database: was it destroyed or is it still floating around --and who has it if it still exists: RecordLady Liz or Rich?
3. how many more times will Richie be sued - he's been sued twice in small claims since late August and his ex-partners June 2009 lawsuit against him is still active (https://www.idcourts.us/repository/caseHistory.do?roaDetail=yes&schema=ADA&county=Ada&partySeq=2225614&displayName=Esbensen%2C+Richard)
