We regret to inform our internet-speaking audience that we will be shutting this operation down.

We will be keeping our customer service email address         open as we wind the site down and will be available to address any issues be they customer or seller-related.

Stootsi is also gone from eBay

Stootsi operated a successful retail website for several years before adding their 3rd party marketplace to the site last year (see April 2009 Auctionbytes article http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abu/y209/m04/abu0236/s03) .  The 3rd party marketplace apparently played a part in their undoing:

Right now PayPal does not allow us to send funds out because of issues we had with refunding too many orders (which was due, in part, to our 3rd party marketplace and some unscrupulous sellers)

Add us to the list of sellers who were never paid. We sold one $16 item in October and didn't receive our ACH deposit which caused us to pull our 10 test listings in November.

Margins on their retail side probably played a bigger role. They bought from several of the the same suppliers we use and their retail prices were lower than ours on many low margin items.
