we're gonna do a rump roast with potatoes, gravy and veggies... not really a traditional T-Day meal, eh?

Compared to ours it is.   :laughing7:  We're meeting some friends later for dinner at an Afghani restaurant (last year it was Italian and the year before that Malaysian)

I've never liked -->  :turkey1:

LOL... One thing I do miss about living in or near a big city is the choices in ethnic food... especially one's that I don't know how to make.

Actually... it was a toss-up between the roast and tamales... the roast was on sale and I was out of serranos... so roast it was!   :)

Hope everyone had a good holiday!

Cheers
