Why Do Visa and MasterCard Allow Google Checkout To Violate Card Industry Rules?
specifically the contact information requirements (TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS, MAILING ADDRESS, MUST BE POSTED ON WEBSITE) that other merchants  are required to comply with...

Google Checkout is the actual merchant account holder so why do Visa and MasterCard ignore its violation of the rules?

are well protected and that info your providing to join aint really top secret information
