For the record: The Washington State Department of Revenue cannot stand this practice. But the state is on its way to getting the taxes it is due.
"We have the most regressive tax system in the nation," said Revenue Department spokesman Mike Gowrylow. "Poor people pay sales tax. Wealthier people surf the Net and avoid paying taxes. You've got to ask yourself what's fair. What's fair is everybody should pay their fair share."...
