There is a Zen Cart Module for Checkout by Amazon.  It was released at the same time as Checkout by Amazon.  It also has its own dedicated support forum.

One of Zen Cart's developers discusses the Amazon Payments mod:

Use their addon at your own risk. You'll have to get support for it on their website, not this one.
