Yahoo will combine all of its Chinese operations including search and its 1pai auction site into Alibaba.  3rd largest Chinese auction site 1pai will be combined with largest Chinese auction site Alibaba's #1 Taobao.  Standard and Poors rates eBay stock a hold as result of deal.
