He does an ENORMOUS amount of business!  I'm suprised that a single ebay id can generate that many sales.
I'm not.  The seller with the most transactions on eBay is pugster888 with 1,108,483 sales.  Despite all of those sales, pugster is able to provide great customer service and maintain a great feedback percentage (99.6%).

...so, when people like Adam or Jay or Brandon or any of these other self-annointed "eBay Elite" members make some BS excuse that they receive customer complaints due to the volume of their business, it is complete BS because pugster does more volume than anyone on eBay and yet is able to provide the same level of great service that a small seller provides.

I hate to be a jerk.  BUT... I have purchased from Pugster888.  I was BOMBARDED with their advertising e-mails for a very long time.  Not just one or two... daily e-mails.  There was an area to opt out, but it didn't seem to work so well.  I finally had to block 'em.

You're right.  You were a jerk.  :twistedevil:  For the first time in my life I tried to be nice and say something good about a PeSA member and you had to come along and ruin the moment.  Crybaby2

Daily emails is definitely pushing it.  They sound like Restaurant.com, or uBid (every friggin' day.  I can set my clocks by uBid's advertising emails).

Same goes for Vistaprint.  Talk about annoying  :Smile  Wink

I get the Viagra e mails daily from my buddies (enemies) I guess.
I NEVER send out promotional emails. Tried it years ago but guess WHAT??
Customers don't want IT just like we all don't want flyer after flyer in our REAL mailboxes.

Someone has to get rid of all that and it takes up time. You know??

Anita STOP being a jerk.. Just Kidding LOL...

I've ordered from Vistaprints quite a few times.  I don't get e-mails from them.
I purchased from Pugster in April!  You would think they would friggin' give up after a while.  I will NEVER buy them again.  I even went as far as to report them to eBay.  eBay told me to contact their ISP.  So much for eBay's spamming rules.
Also don't buy anything from J&R Music and Computer on Amazon.  They don't e-mail you, they send a TON of snail mail.
I understand the concept of marketing, but some waaaaaaaay over do it!

96.7% positive , 3,725 negatives, and 2432 ratings mutually withdrawn.  He must have a full-time employee who does nothing but fill out "mutually withdrawn" feedback request forms all day.  :Smile
WOW! He's on a roll.  In the past 13 days: 231 more negatives and 109 more mutual withdrawals.
In the past 3 days alone: 45 negatives and 62 mutually withdrawn feedbacks bringing the totals up to 4,000 negatives, including 716 in the past 30-days, and 2,603 mutually withdrawn.

Some might call leaving nasty retaliatory negative feedback for buyers and following it up with an immediate request for mutually withdrawn feedback as a form of feedback "blackmail"--I know I do. :Smile

Quote:*according to PeSA: "Our Core Values:  PESA is devoted to promoting the highest levels of professionalism, fairness, honesty, and integrity with respect to online trade"

Can we say  Bs to the adherence of many PeSA members to their stated core values? I think we can.
After looking at the retaliatory comments this seller routinely leaves for his buyers and  seeing the many buyer complaints of item not received, I've decided to sticky this to the top of the board until eBay takes action to protect buyers on its site. Smile

Maybe he won't pay his eBay bill one month and get NARU'd?
