Just thought I'd share this.
We were having issues keeping track of the huge number of customer emails and inquiries we receive each day. Some emails were getting neglected, so we started fishing around for some way to get our behinds organized. :blinkie:
I just wanted to share this kind of neat, web-based helpdesk system that's only $9.95 per month:

It manages emails using help tickets, and also has a built-in FAQ system that you can flesh out for your site.
They have a couple of other helpdesk type applications, including one which is non-web based: http://www.helpdesklite.com/
