go go PESA!!!

Title EDITED from "first" to second" because  this former PESA member with 10,331 negatives apparently beat them to the negative shooting star level in late June  :blinkie: :blinkie: :blinkie: :blinkie:

once again, go go PESA!!!

Oh, yeah THAT seller...the one that has always been the poster child for illustrating both that eBay doesn't enforce its policies evenly across the board and that eBay's trust and safety department has its priorities wrong when it comes to suspending sellers...

..let's see F&F and Sundance who had a combined 1 negative were deemed a menace to society and suspended for the horrible offenses of having a user ID that resembled an URL and complaining about an eBay policy that negatively impacted their business, while eBay looks the other way and does nothing as some of its largest sellers receive 1000s of complaints about items not received, items not as described, etc. :Smile

It looks like THAT seller's bad customer service might have finally caught up to them though:  they currently have 0 items listed on eBay . They had been listing 150,000-250,000.  Their web site also appears to be down.

FYI-their Amazon feedback percentage was even worse which is probably why they stopped selling there 2 years ago ...Amazon won't put up with crap for very long.

Good gosh!  There are a lot of negs for non-shipment!!  Do buyers not report sellers... is that what takes so long for eBay to do something?  Or is this just another area of eBay's fine service?!

27 of the last 50 feedback comments they received say 'item not received', and yet they're still an active user???  104 more negatives since Sunday when I first posted this.
Even if the buyers aren't snitching out the seller to eBay, why isn't PayPal not doing something?  Buyers have got to be filing chargebacks. What are the odds that non of the buyers are taking ANY action against this seller???

The odds are zero.  Smile

When someone regularly has 150K-250K listings running eBay will overlook a lot.  Maybe they'll decide to finally do something (i.e. NARU the seller) now that it looks like this seller is out of business.

I'm sure that with their combined 21,000 negatives TotalCampus.com and BuyEssex convinced a lot of ebay shoppers to become "former eBay buyers"  :twistedevil:
This is amusing.  Channel Advisor is hosting a webinar on August 25th at 2 pm EST on ways for the high volume seller with lots of item not received negative feedbacks (see 2 high volume sellers above) to avoid getting NARU'd:

Quote: The eBay NARU Epidemic – 10 Steps to Protect Your Business

In the last three months an alarming number of high volume sellers have found themselves out of business on eBay for a myriad of reasons.

TotalCampus.com now leads to a Network Solutions parked domain page.
They received 40 more item not received negatives YESTERDAY.  :blinkie: :blinkie: :blinkie: :blinkie:

10,851 negatives now
