Well the same confused folks about your IP address are also most likely confused about their geographical location.

eBay forgot to do beta testing on this feature:

***Update: Business Registration, Add Pictures to Revised Items, and Digitally Delivered Goods***

December 21, 2005 | 11:05AM PST/PT

Last week we announced the addition of three new features: Business Registration, Adding Pictures to Active Listings Even After a Bid, and Digitally Delivered Goods. However, due to some issues while releasing the products, we decided to delay their launch. We hope to reintroduce these features within the next several weeks.

Next several weeks?

If you try to list a digital good (I was curious, and tried), it tells you (at the end of the SYI form) that you can't list in that product category afterall, that it will be put through a 90 day test period first.

Hmmm.

Only in eBay does 90 days = a couple of weeks.

eBay's Staff use dog years as their time measurement unit.  2 dog weeks ("a couple")=14 human weeks=98 days . Wink

Has eBay figured out just what it means yet?

Or a Ben Franklin left on the night stand. Wink

I couldn't find any *new* info about this little tidbit.
