Truncation-
noun. -1: the property of being truncated or short 2. the property of erasing an entire message board full of complaints.

It looks like there is only one person who still posts on their boards. It doesn't look like they've fixed many (if any) of the site's problems. :

It looks like the timeframe has been cut even shorter. The "truncates information" thread is already truncated.
