On Thursday 29th December 2005 (GMT), sellers listing in Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now or Buy It Now-Only (Fixed Price) formats in an eligible category, will pay 5p insertion fee regardless of the insertion fee bracket.

Yep, but you have to list in £
