It is obvious that promotions for US seller have been few during the last year,
despite the fact that it was ebaY's 10th Anniversary in the US. The US sellers are no
longer important to ebaY, except as the old cow that they can squeeze a little more
milk out of before sending it to slaughter. ebaY's interest in the US market is
strictly on how they can market the US buyers to the sellers in other countries, so
those other countries can sell to the US.
If ebaY raises fees to sellers in the US, it will be to pay for all these seller
promotions in other countries. ebaY making you the seller pay so they can
encourage your buyers to buy from oversea sellers, the ones they are giving the
breaks.
