I think the maps are pointless--kind of like adding falling snowflakes to your listings. The included gallery feature needs work too. I'd call this a seller's toy not a seller's tool.

OK, granted the large page sizes of these listings weren't entirely due to the maps. The sellers also had other page slowing things like Vendio Gallery, etc., but what potential buyer on dialup (as I was for 12 hours today when my cable modem went down...again) is going to sit and wait for the page to load?
I am sure that this is another one of those *enhancements* that ebay users were
begging for....
