Hi...This is Greg Isaacs, Director of the eBay Developers Program. I'm here to let you know that the 2006 eBay Developers Conference is just a few months away, and it's not too early to start planning your trip to Las Vegas! This annual event is where developers, entrepreneurs, and eBay executives and employees will come together to talk about commerce, communications and community on the web. Featured speakers include: Pierre Omidyar (founder of eBay), Scott Cook (founder of Intuit) and Chris Anderson, editor-in-chief for Wired Magazine.
This year's conference is a little different, with an expanded scope that covers opportunities and technologies not only for eBay and PayPal developers, but for Skype, ProStores, and Shopping.com developers, too. We've also added a half-day dedicated to networking through 1:1s, input forums, attendee-led discussions, and other creative formats. The agenda is designed to suit all experience levels, whether you are just at the "great idea" phase, ready to pitch your business plan and get venture capital, looking for innovative ways to enhance or launch your application, or eager to dive into advanced development techniques.
Registration is open now, so reserve your space early and save $150 off the on-site registration fee. As an added bonus, your registration to the Developers Conference includes admission to all of the classes, networking opportunities, and fun of eBay Live!
