Thanks.  I just wrote them.  I normally ship the following business day - or the same day for orders that come in early that day.  It was an issue this past weekend, though, because I was leaving for a long weekend on Thursday morning.  I didn't have time to figure it out so I just put my inventory on vacation or whatever they call it there.  Which kinda sucks, 'cause I didn't sell anything there all weekend long. Oh, shipping business days.  :-[  UPS is an approved method so I think business day is defined as M-F.
Oops.  I left the shipping part out.

I did include it in my email to the Amazon support folks.  Big Grin

I am pretty sure I've already asked this question at Alibris and Alibris considers M-F, excluding holidays, as business shipping days but I wanted to double check that Amazon is the same.
Sellers on Amazon Marketplace are expected to ship Marketplace
orders within 2 business days (icluding Saturdays) of receiving
payment.  After your item has been purchased you will be notified
via e-mail including your buyer's shipping address

Gosh, that helped.

I asked them to clarify if icluding really meant including or excluding.

I think they meant icluding.  I found 118,000 references to it on Google--including 3 TIMES on this page at the University of Melbourne  :Smile Laughing7

Uh oh.  I have never considered Saturday a business day on Amazon.  I ususally ship within 24 hours, including Saturday... but a few times I have let it slide.
Yeah, me too.
I haven't heard back, but I'm thinking icluding probably means including, since it's a smaller typo than  excluding.

I'm not sure I've ever missed the 2 business days thing . . . but it's still good to know.  (Well, I don't quite know yet.)
Beth,
I just received a book that I purchased for under $3.00 on Amazon.  The seller left the $1.00 price sticker on it.  Should I neg him?  TEASING!!!!
