Hello!

So one of our accounts got suspended today for Unauthorized Account Activity, we had lots of auctions going on too. 

The Stores phone support wasn't able to help, but they did tell us that there is no way to notify eBay that other users are authorised to access the account. 


Live Help, wasn't able to tell us if the account was reported or how they came to the conclusion that they should suspend the account, but they did reinstate it, and said that they will make a note on the cancelled listings.  Why wouldn't they tell us why anyway?  It's my account I want to know!!!!!   


Likely (thanks eBay : ) they were able to put the listings back in the Unsold section and the bidders got an email that the items may be relisted. 


Wasn't there a class action lawsuit that will force eBay to notify users before they get suspended, or did I dream that up?

Did they get confused over the whole Greece thing? 

I guess but they never said why it happened, which makes no sense to me.  They should be able to notify you before they go on and NARU the account.

That is one of the "demands" in the billing class action suit.

Sorry this happened to you. A lot of strange things going on with ebay these days.
I bet it is because your in Greece now and logged into your account or something like that.
