Just had a customer file a non-receipt of item dispute through PayPal (joy!). I noticed when clicking through to resolve the issue, there are new options to choose from:

Quote:Issue the buyer a full refund.

Provide the buyer a full refund if the package is returned.

Offer the buyer a partial refund in an attempt to close this claim

The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide proof of the previous refund.

Disagree with claim. I would like to provide additional information.

It's been about 6 months since I had a filer, so I'm not sure when this changed. I'm glad they finally have more options besides refund, or already shipped with tracking. It's about time. I can finally choose "Disagree with claim."
I want the wording changed to Disagree with claim.  Buyer is a thief.

Those are always a pleasure, especially since 99% of the time the item is sitting on the table right next to the buyer's computer as they file the claim.  :Smile Angryfire
