Because they all grow up to be scammers? ???

A large number of them on the SB. :

Is Wagglepop Encouraging Its Users to Violate Other Sites TOS By Spamming? Wagglepop spam is everwhere. The terms of service of many sites are being violated by Ray Romeo's army of spammers. Spamming other sites is openly talked about on the Wagglepop boards, and the site's management has taken no action to discourage the spamming. Wagglepop management has posted on many of the threads where the spamming of other sites is being discussed.
Some web sites that have been hit by spam in violation of their TOS: MySpace (
http://www.myspace.com/wagglepop ), hundreds of posts on Craigslist advertising Wagglepop, thousands of spam posts on eBay's message boards, and many other sites.
The MySpace TOS:
Quote:# Non-commercial Use by Members. The MySpace Services are for the personal use of Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by MySpace.com. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the MySpace Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the MySpace Website is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the MySpace Services.
Craigslist:
Quote:k) that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code,"
"junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited
commercial advertisement;
l) that constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if:
posted in areas of the craigslist sites which are not designated for such
purposes; or emailed to craigslist users who have not indicated in writing that
it is ok to contact them about other services, products or commercial interests.
m) that includes links to commercial services or web sites, except as allowed
in "services";

Let's see I do believe there are alot of other sellers from other sites doing the same thing on myspace.
My it looks like ebay sellers are doing it.

That argument is similar to a prostitute saying "there are a lot of other prostitutes on Craigslist offering their services therefore it must be OK if I offer mine."
The MySpace user agreement clearly prohibits commercial advertisements and activity.
Well than there are alot of sellers out there who can't read nor understand the TOS of those sites.
Not just poppers.
