Ka/Ray has become organically dynamic...

xxxxxCat,
Actually, we are in full and total agreement
What individual or companies do with that opportunity and availability is market and cost driven, or organically obtained.
But the opportunity itself is open and available to everyone and anyone

OK.. .don't shoot me but I think that's the most sense that Ka/Ray has made in ... um... ever.
NOW... it would actually mean something if THEY were doing something to get the optimization that is so abundant and available... boinktards...Â
Who's organically with me? Say...........Â

Only 85 questions from buyers in 11 months. :blinkie: I've received more (much more) "posts" (questions) through the contact us forms on our stores than that and I'm sure most people on this thread have received more than 85 questions from buyers during the past 11 months.

Ray has always sucked at SEO

What you are referring to is competitive actions and optimizations, like advertising and/or search engine placement, either paid or organic. That's about optimization and exposure, and exposure is different from opportunity or availability.
The opportunity the Web represents is open and equal to everyone, and exposure can be obtained based on that open availability.
There is no governing Web authority that says who can advertise and who can rank, and as such, it is equally available to anyone who sees fit to optimize for that.
What individual or companies do with that opportunity and availability is market and cost driven, or organically obtained.
But the opportunity itself is open and available to everyone and anyone

Oh Ka/Ray, please don't excite your organically dynamic optimizations. Can you rephraise your answer Ka/Ray, the naysayers just don't understand the concept.

Surely I have axe immunity, I'm a Floundering Member !!!

Today's special, WP immunity: For 9.95 paid on time you too can be blessed. Work hard, list hard, sell little to nil, and have your posts censored.
What a deal folks, the best on the net. The only activity that can even compare to the WP experience would be to take a crisp 10 spot out of your wallet and set it on fire. Either way you lose 10 bucks.

Anyone need another refill?
I may need to make a trip to the store on my way home from my real office.

Better buy the mega family pack... it's gonna be a long night...
And the gauntlet has been thrown down.... :blinkie:
Quote:Karen,
So if we agree that search engine placement is the key, then as I said earlier....
Wagglepop could divert part of their allocated $75,000 advertising budget into a Google Adwords campaign targeting keywords in all of the categories which have listings...then the sellers could do some SEO optimization by loading their item titles and meta tags with keywords.
The combined effort should make a dramatic and relatively rapid difference in the amount of traffic coming here.
This would give Wagglepop the opportunity to put the sellers in the public's face. Correct?

That won't even get an answer if the original Ka/Ray is at the keyboard. Look for the entire thread to go poof soon. Although I have a sneaky feeling that there is a new CC1 posting under the name Karen. Kudos to the poster of that question and good luck wherever you end up.

Oh man... this is gonna be good....
Now whaterya gonna do?? Delete the post and pretend like it never happened... yeah that's it... ban another seller!! That'll fix everything!!
You know, Bill and I were talking about this. We came to the decision that if Ray had approached his sellers head on, answered questions, been truthful and addressed their concerns when they had legitimate business questions, WP would probably be in a much better position that it is now.
But because any business questions or advertising questions were deleted and slammed by the cheerleaders as "negative" slowly but surely, sellers stopped asking and quietly closed their stores and left.
I guess hindsight is 20/20, huh Ray?
Forgot to ad... I have to agree that that is not the original CC1 because these posts never even got a response before... matter of fact... they never even got a chance to be read before... just deleted!!
