Hello!
So, what's up with Wagglepop these days? Is it generating tons of sales for thousands of people?
[/quote]
Decent sales for a couple of hundred people I'd guess. It's a small but good community of sellers.
Hey Big T!! How ya been hittin' em??
Nice to see you back and well!!Â

I've been gone for a few months.
What have IÂ missed?Â

Hey stranger. You missed about 300 pages.
More important is that you have been missed. So ummm how are you? How's life?

EXACTLY!! And the moon is made of cheese, the planet Earth is flat, Hitler is not dead and Where's Willy was captured and being held for ransom by Tickle Me Elmo.
Geesh...
Quote:I wonder if Wagglepop is going to drag on and on like the Bidville train wreck.
Oh but Bidville isn't a train wreck. It's very successful and sellers are selling a ton of items (which BV knows despite the fact it says it doesn't keep track of the number of sales). ;D The sellers who aren't selling a lot are either selling junk or priced their items too high (according to BV's mod).
Read these 2 quotes from last week by one of BV's mods..:

Decent sales for a couple hundred people?? Have you looked how many stores or read anything?
Currently 246 but I am sure some of those are "fake". So, couple of hundred? Naaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh
Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many things you can add to Froogle? I have noticed by tallying how many listings in all stores (wp never seems to have more or less than 10 pages) The total at WP says there are over 110,000 items, but they never have a froogle count of more than 85,000 (currently 83 and some change). Even though some expire then come back, it still seems like quite a difference.

Store count down to 247. Count currently inflated because the day of reckoning is approaching. Payments past due.
Sales realized by some poppers despite Ray and due to their own efforts. Most sellers have little to no traffic.
Grand Opening build-up amounted to a weak fizzle in a flat can of coke.
Advertising consisted on a 75,000 budget with 36,000 spent to date on pop3 spamming.
Many new members on board here at TT that abandoned the WP ship.
Songs, poems and humour still riddled throughout this thread.
KaRay is still a dynamically challenged kool-aid serving boinkard.
That should bring you up to date.Â

Great synopsis Sherrand
Welcome back thentavius

Good to see you and glad sales are goodÂ
Just make sure you check in every so often so we don't get all worried about you!! This thread wouldn't be the same without you.
Once upon a time I considered the forum 'Advanced Selling' to be just that and it was. Over time it has become the common ground for sellers to meet and discuss topics that vaguely resemble or refer to advanced selling and sometimes even address it. Other than the occasional I need a prayer threads, the topics have stayed on or close to target.Â
But this is a new time low; has nothing to do with selling and smacks of a seller just looking for neutral ground conversation. A seller trying to generate any conversation that won't bring down the wrath of KaRay's delete key and maybe engage and invigorate the disillusioned.
I refer to this thread:Â Advanced Selling: Wagglepop Stores - OT - Who's The Next American Idol?
Granted the OP clarified off topic but please. A new seller/buyer reading this won't take the members or the site seriously with this amount of latitude tolerated on what should be a seller focused forum - as the title suggests. ADVANCED SELLING not advanced fill in the silence with a safe subject.
Don't you agree User?
