Quote:Hello Members,
Just a couple of points, and important ones, I would like to add to this discussion.
The rules and guidelines we set for board participation are extremely easy to follow and hardly a burden for those inclined to normal adult interaction. Further, as our company, it is within our bounds to set whatever rules and guidelines we feel appropriate.
For 99%+ of membership, it's not even an issue, and we appreciate that fact.
Predominantly, we let our legal representation handle all matters that relate to behaviors outside of the User Agreement.
The electronic signature members must sign upon registration is serious business and a legal electronic document allowbale in any court of law in the United States. Through very basic devices such as IP Address resolution and the cooperation of ISPs, we have multiple open cases in Account Protection & Security and in some cases, are actively working with law enforcement.
If we need to know exactly who's behind a behavior or act, it's rather easy to find out through those methods.
Whether it's impersonation, fraud, identity theft, or bad-faith activity, the penalties can be severe.
Those penalties have nothing whatsoever to do with Wagglepop but everything to do with local, state, and federal laws.
Much of it is pretty serious stuff, as willful interference with the commerce of another company has both civil and criminal implications.
As noted in the Registration Agreement, the penalties vary by locale, and Wagglepop reserves the right to prosecute anyone found to be in violation of any parts of the User Agreement.
Our company has invested tens of thousands of dollars into this venture, and as a company we will use every legal method at our disposal during operation of such.

No saving rings will be thrown by me. You reap what you sow...
and to think of one of my 2 earlier posts that I made on that community board...
gung ho and a WP motivational speech...ahhh...I feel sick...but I did not know then. I have forgiven myself.
Karen....sent ME an email telling me our business was to be featured in the first wagglepop newsletter..June/July...cannot remember which month..so I took 2hours of my time and laid it out in an email and submitted to her directly...it was then IGNORED...not even a sorry... but well get you on another issue...nadda..nothing....zilch...how rude...
I was either not WP gunhoshit enough...

ahhhhh.... shad up!!!! Who gives a rats?
We can do whatever we want HERE... nanny nanny boo boo!!!
Let me correct another one
"legal electronic document allowbale" (bold, underline mine).
Are you meaning you are allowing them to bale, or have to post bale to get out of WP?
"Whether it's impersonation, fraud, identity theft, or bad-faith activity, the penalties can be severe."
Yes Ray the penalties are severe and you should be concerned for it is you who has committed these crimes. We are the customers that you have acted in bad faith against.

Yes again Ray you have interfered with the commerce of several hundred individuals/companies and it is serious stuff. My only hope is you will be put away for a long time in a place where they will love you in your fuzzy slippers!
