When will these people learn to use spell check? DEVASTATED is how you spell it, moron. But then, again, if you think losing 600 or so stores in the blink of an eye is to be expected, I don't know why I would expect more of you.
BTW, Alskling, where are you selling besides the greed since you left WP?
Fine,
To answer your question, I set up a store on HiBidder, and stocked it with a couple hundred items, but I think it's a waste. It is free, though, so have lost nothing but time. I'll keep it until my listings expire.
I have opened a store on Ecrater, but am still working on setting it up. I've been active on the forums there, since I have so much stuff, I want to do it right. From the advice I've been getting, it seems I should open two stores, one for contemporary items and one for vintage. I also have been communicating with the staff at Etsy, as am wanting to open a totally different store specializing in Germanic/Scandinavian arts, crafts and folk apparel. I didn't know if such was allowed, since none of my items were made by me, but I've been given the green light by staff and was waiting to get my new email address and come up with a good name. Comcast bought out our Adelphia service, so I'm been spending a lot of time on the phone with customer service trying to get all my email accounts set up, etc. There was a few days when I was receiving no email at all, and was getting frantic. I now have to transfer all my accounts everywhere to my new email, and of course, all my eBay listings will have my old email address for PayPal, so I have to fix all those (nearly 900 listings). Argh.
So far, I have about 400 items to go into my Etsy store when I get it together -- none of which are on eBay. I think I have my work cut out for me.

They'll be dropping the ball in Times Square at Midnight to mark the event.

I have a question for those of you who have sold on Wagglepop. Did you ever have what appeared to be "fake" sales. I have had more non paying bidders on Wagglepop than I have ever had on any other venue, including yahoo (which is known for NPB). Also, when I try to send a second invoice, the majority of the time, the email address is no longer valid. It appears very strange to me to open an account, buy something, decide not to pay for it and then not only dissappear, but close your email account as well. Once or twice I could understand, but multiple times a month? It is just beginning to seem rigged. Like someone wants me to think I am having sales that I am not really having. Oh, and these bogus sales always seem to occur close to billing time.
It really looks like, Wagglepop is really going places. The best foundation has been laid very solidly, the BEST buyer friendly AND enjoyable for online buying. Other wise investors will see this and try to invest alot and then wagglepop will be THE ONE. Its just a matter of time now!

I've heard the same from other sellers. Considering the "bogus" listing numbers, the incidence of "ghost" stores, and whatever else goes on that's "questionable" at WP, I could speculate why KaRay would want to boost the sales reports with fake sales to keep Poppers on the line for another month's rent, but I'll just leave it to everyone's imagination.
As a 8-1/2 veteran of selling on-line, I can say that my non-paying-bidder percentage is about one out of every 300 sales, and out of about 6,000 transactions, I think I've only encountered two or three where the buyer totally disappeared after the sale.
Edit: And hello DRM/SATURN/BRIAN1212/JUMPINGJACK, ad infinitum.
