That's an irritating, but very good point about the YouTube terms & conditions giving them complete ownership. So it just comes down to branding the video to the extent that either they don't want to use it for anything because it is so branded, or it will be virtually impossible for the video to be "rebranded" to sell SUVs, or if it is rebranded, the original branding still shines through.
