Examples:
Member has 10 positive, 5 neutral and 1 negative ratings => 9 rating points => one orange star
Member has 300 positive, 30 neutral and 15 negative ratings => 285 points => 2 purple stars
This means the rating system is much more dynamic and members will make every effort to achieve the higher level. The previous system of awarding 5 stars automatically once anyone completed one transaction is no longer deemed a fair and balanced reflection on the members reputation.
We will introduce a specific page detailing the new rating system in more detail shortly.
