April 30, 2005 marked the official launch of the OCM, and today we announce it will close. It was what everyone wanted, it was built from the ground up, it was fast, easy, and fun. The OCM statistical data indicates it had a high buyer to seller ratio, had acceptable sell-thru rates and extremely good SEO. However, the interest in the marketplace by the community of sellers is just not sufficient to warrant further efforts or investment.
The OTWA Community Marketplace will close its doors permanently on December 31, 2006.
