Just watched the pilot episode of Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip on the DVR today (it's on Monday nights on NBC). 

WOW, just wow ..... it is an EXCELLENT show.  Great writing, interesting intelligent characters, great camera work ........ it's toast already.  It will probably last a season, and die an agonizing death.

It begins with the director of a show incredibly similar to Saturday Night Live imploding on live television (because the skit "Crazy Christians" gets cut by the Network Standards idiot), and doing a Network-style speech about television today being pornography, and bad pornography at that. 

Anyone watch this?

Kim - gotta love the Runway.  Have you checked out the Project RunGay website?  Fantastic! 

I'm betting that Jeffrey wins because (1) he's so incredibly insensitive and irritating, (2) Nina and Michael LOVE his designs and if he sent a model down the runway wearing a feedbag, they would hail that as "innovative" and "edgy", and (3) fashion must need another tattooed, rock-star-wanna-be!

The neck tattooes gross me out every time I see them ..... all I can imagine is an old man's wrinkly neck with those tats slowing sinking toward his collarbones.  Hah!
