The company's Chinese partner Eachnet Trading Company Ltd stands accused of infringing intellectual property rights. The case opened at Shanghai No 2 Intermediate People's Court.

Hong Kong-based Digital Heritage Publishing Ltd and Shanghai People's Publishing House are suing eBay for selling their products on the auction web site without authorization.

They also claim the copies which eBay sold were pirated.

The two publishers are demanding 545,000 yuan (US$68,125) in compensation and a public apology...

I wonder what would happen if I had an apartment complex and allowed drugs to be sold out of 8 of the 10 units even after the dealers were repeatedly busted time and time again.

You think the city may start too look at me as the problem?  :-\
