Name the online auction email newsletter whose website was shut down in mid-2001 by its ISP Twisted Pair Network Consulting for spamming thousands of users with ads for a new auction site that was in development.

We need confirmation! I thought I knew the auction site but had no clue about the newsletter. So is Sneaky ( and what little I knew) right?
