9/29 Announcement:  FSF refunds now automated, company is "working to" fix recurring time-out and relisting problems.

Quote:Valued Members,

In an effort to refund FSF charges from non-paying bidders, Bidville has now automated the refund process. This will greatly improve the efficiency and timeliness in refunding these fees to your account.

FSF Refunds may be requested for items sold on Bidville but not paid for by the winning buyer. There is a waiting period of 14 days after the item closes to give the buyer the opportunity to correct the situation. After 14 days, you must post either negative or neutral feedback for the non-paying buyer before an FSF Refund will be credited to your account.

If you have previously filed for an FSF Refund and have yet to receive it in your account, please request it again using the new process. If the two conditions above are met, your refund will post to your account immediately. There is no waiting period.

As a reminder, to file for an FSF Refund, please go to your TrackPal: After the Sale: Request FSF Refund...

Currently, Bidville is also working to eliminate the number of ‘time-outs’ and re-listing complications we experienced earlier by optimizing its database. Thank you again for your patience during this time.
