For the entire day of Tuesday 28th November 2006 (local UK time), sellers who list an item using the Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now or Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats in an eligible category, will pay a 15 pence (£0.15) Insertion Fee per item they list. Please see below for more details.

When is it?

Tuesday 28th November 2006 from 00:00:01 GMT until 23:59:59 GMT (promotional period).

What's included?

    *  Only items listed in British Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk using the Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now and Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats are included.
    * Any item previously scheduled to go live on Tuesday 28th November will qualify for the promotion.
    * If a seller re-lists an item on Tuesday 28th November that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-list will qualify for the promotion. If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under the eBay re-list policy, eBay will refund the Insertion Fee at the promotional price of 15 pence.
    * Items listed in the 'Parts & Accessories' sub category of the Cars, Parts & Vehicles category.
    * Sellers can list items with any starting price to qualify for the promotion.

Please note: To sell using the Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format, sellers must either have 10 or more feedback, or if they have a PayPal account, they need to have 5 or more feedback.

What's excluded?

    *  Items listed in the 'Cars' and 'More Vehicles' sub categories of the Cars, Parts & Vehicles category, apart from the 'Parts & Accessories' sub category (as detailed in the "What's Included?" section above).
    * Items listed in the Property category.
    * Items listed in the 'Mobile Phones with Contract' sub category of the Mobile & Home Phones category.
    * Multiple-Item listings in all formats. This includes both Auction-style (also known as Dutch Auctions) and Fixed Price formats. See the full details about Multiple-Item listings.
    * Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy. See the full details about our Duplicate Listings policy.
    * Shops Inventory Format listings. See the full details about listing items in Shops Inventory Format.
    * Items selected by the seller to appear on eBay Express only.
    * Any item listed on Tuesday 28th November 2006 but scheduled to start after the promotion has finished will NOT qualify for the promotion.
    * Any items listed which do not comply with our Listing Policies or Prohibited Items policies.
    * Only the basic eBay Insertion Fee will be reduced to 15 pence. All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". Sellers listing using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.

Further information
    *  If the item is listed in 2 categories, the Insertion Fee will be 15 pence times 2 i.e. 30 pence.
    * If the item qualifies for the promotion, the "Sell Your Item" form will indicate to the seller that they have been charged the Insertion Fee of 15 pence.
