Prosecutors say beware -- if you're ever asked to wire funds, rather than use a credit care, that should be a red flag. That's what was happening here. Many people wired thousands of dollars in cash, never to see the goods.

"Automobiles, tractors, farm equipment, motorcycles, ATVs," said Brian Hayes, assistant U.S. attorney.

Big-ticket items up for auction on eBay, cars, boats, even a hot tub. But prosecutors say 2,000 victims across the country paid big money and the items never arrived. They call it a "second chance" scheme...
