Quote: Dear Valued Overstock Auctions Affiliate,

Overstock Auctions would like to thank you for your participation in our
affiliate program. Unfortunately, we are going to shut down our Auctions
Affiliate Program on January 31, 2007. This change will not affect our
Shopping Affiliate Program.

You will be paid for auction commissions generated through your links
based on the terms of the Auctions Affiliate Agreement, plus any earned
outstanding payments. Affiliates commissions will not accrue after
January 31, 2007. Please ensure that your contact information in
LinkShare is accurate so you can receive your final commission check in a
timely manner.

Pursuant to the Auctions Affiliate Agreement, this shall serve as our
formal termination notice for our auctions affiliate relationship.
Subject to the agreement, please remove all banners, buttons, text links,
product images and store fronts that link to Overstock Auctions by January
31, 2007 ET.

If you have any questions regarding this decision, then please contact:

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and hope to be able
to work with you through our shopping business.

Sincerely,
