Haven't done it yet, but I plan to. You probably know this, but I imagine that your results would depend on the magazine itself, your ad's location in the magazine and what type of ad you run.
My personal opinion is that I wouldn't run an like that unless it included an image. I frequently look up companies from these types of ads, but never if they are only print ads with no images.
