According to a report published this past summer by JupiterResearch, 33% of dissatisfied online shoppers attributed their dissatisfaction to a Website's being too slow. Another 28% attributed it to having received error messages. More damning still, three-quarters of online shoppers said that when they experience a site that freezes, is slow, or has a convoluted sales process, they will never shop from it again, and 27% said they'll tell their family and friends about their negative experience...
