www.podcastalley.com lists 333 video podcasts, last time I checked. People who just bought a shiny new Apple video iPod are, without a doubt, starving for content. Making & posting the podcast is essentially free, so you put e-commerce site in a list of 300 or so avante garde sites instead of a list of 3 billion or so boring sites.
There are many more audio podcasts, but the list is still short.

Remember JibJab? This guy is supposed to be a success story, but I don't know how me makes his money. His stuff is hilarious, but the only "commercial" is the name JibJab at the beginning/end. That's enough to draw people to his site, which is one goal of advertising.
Frik 'n Frak post links to funny videos, and I've snooped around their site to see what they sell as a result of it. I have an extreeeeeeeemely low threshold for advertising, but since they made me laugh first, I was in a happy mood while snooping around to see just "who the heck are these people!"
