NotesHolder reminds me of Google Notebook in a number of ways, but it has a few bells and whistles that make it a little more useful.

I was using OneNote 2003 by Microsoft. It is quite a bit more feature-rich than NoteHolder, but also costs more. In my case, I found it actually created more work for me, for various reasons.
I recently switched to Google Notebook and I  Love4  it. GN is also free!
