Changes to eBay India's user agreement:

      “5. Use of the Site
      You agree, undertake and confirm that your use of the Site shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:

Without prejudice to the generality of the above, eBay does not permit transactions in the categories / items listed below, including but not limited to categories as stated in the Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy which can be accessed at http://pages.ebay.in/help/policies/items-ov.html, and are incorporated in this Agreement by way of reference.

            9. You shall not circumvent or manipulate our Fee structure, the billing process or Fees owed to eBay as detailed in the following link http://pages.ebay.in/help/policies/listi...nting.html, and incorporated by way of reference in this Agreement.”

      “8. PaisaPay
      Payments for certain items on the Site can be made through the online payment facility provided called PaisaPay. At present PaisaPay supports Credit Card Payments and Online Bank Transfers through payment gateways provided by banks/ Financial institutions mentioned in the enclosed link http://pages.ebay.in/help/community/paisapay.html.

      As a Buyer using PaisaPay for making a payments on the Site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions governing the use of PaisaPay for making payments to eBay registered Sellers. The Buyer terms and conditions of PaisaPay are available here http://pages.ebay.in/help/policies/paisa...buyer.html.

      As a Seller offering PaisaPay as a payment option on the Item listing on the Site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions governing the use of PaisaPay for accepting payments from eBay registered Buyers. The Seller terms and conditions of PaisaPay are available here at http://pages.ebay.in/help/policies/paisapay-policy.html

      “12. Buyer Protection Program
      Any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defrauds or deceives, files a Fraud Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

      “13. Selling
      You must contact the Winning buyer within 72 hours of item selling successfully and supply the item as per the shipping and delivery details mentioned in item description to the Winning buyer in a merchantable condition upon receiving the payment from the Winning buyer, unless there is an exceptional circumstance.

The US UA doesn't have the 72 hours stipulation.
About 1/3 of eBay sellers I've bought from never made contact after the sale to acknowledge payment, item shipped, etc..  Tongue2
