Mother Collage Small Format Art Original Beeswax Art Flowers Mom

Title: Mother 2
Media: Natural Beeswax and Paper Ephemera on Yupo paper
Size: 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" square
For this small format art piece, I used a print of my "Mother" original and collaged her blue and green profile with a variety of bits. Behind her are some of my hand-painted plum blossoms. A strip of words flows out of her mouth (taken from a 1958 copy of James Joyce's "Dubliners").
The "canvas" for this piece is a square piece of Yupo paper, a neat-o, satiny-feel polyethylene plastic sheet paper that's all the rage these days.
She can be displayed as is, tacked up with poster sticky, framed, or even collaged onto a larger piece (you have my permission to do so).
Signed, dated, and titled on the back. One of a kind!
I carefully pack ALL artwork, for safe delivery.
