Continued Enhancements and an Exciting Future!

Fashion for Relief
Did you see our charity auction to aid victims of Hurricane Katrina? Naomi Campbell hosted a fashion show on September 16th, and then auctioned off the beautiful clothes. We had a lot of fun assisting with the setup. Surprisingly, some items didn't sell. To see them, search in closed auctions for fashionforrelief, and contact the folks at NC Connect if you'd like to purchase an item. They'll be placing everything at Ina, a high-end consignment store in New York City. All money will still go to AmeriCares, who will use the funds specifically for victims of Katrina.

Ralph Lauren created a special t-shirt for this event, and it's available online for $35. Some Ralph Lauren stores will be selling a limited run of the shirts. Own a piece of history!

Enhancements

My Auctions

My Auctions is undergoing a facelift! We were able to add in pageviews per item, something we know you have been asking for, so you can see the number of times an item has been viewed. We think that the interface is cleaner and easier to read. It will be released soon. Please use our feedback tool to tell us what you think.

System Status Board
In order to communicate better to you when we know something is broken, we added in a System Status Board. If you see that something is not working correctly, check the board. If you don't see the problem, then please send an email to let us know what's wrong.

Buyer Tip

If you don't hear from a seller at the end of the auction, do feel free to email them using sellerID@yahoo.com, or post a question in the Q&A area. We've observed problems with the internet backbone lately, and so don't sit back and wonder what happened. You might get canceled because the seller sent you an email that you don't receive, and thinks that you didn't respond.
